Privacy Policy

TrendK (the “Service”, at the domain trendk.kr) does not offer any user-identification features such as sign-up, login, or push notifications. This policy describes the limited personal data processed in connection with operating the Service, in line with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Purpose of processing
- Statistical analysis of service usage and quality improvement
- Technical error diagnosis and security response
- Detection of abusive automated access
2. Data collected
The Service does not collect identifiable information such as real name, phone number or email. Automatically collected items on page access:
- Visited page URL, access timestamp, referrer
- User-Agent (browser/OS), screen size, country- and city-level location
- IP address (immediately anonymized/hashed by the hosting provider's analytics)
3. Retention periods
- Vercel Analytics: aggregated, anonymized statistics · retained up to 12 months, then auto-deleted
- Sentry (error monitoring): error events and related technical info · retained 90 days, then auto-deleted
- Supabase (snapshot DB): no user-identification data stored. Only aggregated external-API results.
4. Processors (sub-processors)
The following providers process personal data on our behalf to operate the Service:

5. Cookies and local storage
- Theme setting: dark/light mode preference stored in browser
localStorage. Not transmitted to any server. - Vercel Analytics cookie: may set an anonymous, non-identifying token to aggregate visit/page-view counts.
6. Your rights
The Service does not maintain a user-identification database, so there is no dataset on which to exercise access, correction, or deletion rights at our side. For data held by processors (Vercel, Sentry, Supabase), please refer to their respective privacy policies.

8. Changes to this policy
